Our Hostess Cyrcee is joined by legendary film actor Omar Sharif and World Knifethrowing Champion Rick Lemberg for this Checkpoint Challenge.  Mr. Sharif has had his share of close shaves, but his identifiable trademark mustache has never been in jeopardy like this before.

The object of the Checkpoint Challenge is for the World Champion to teach the teams how to throw knives and they will have to decide who is the thrower and who is the target.  How do the teams do? The looks on their faces tell part of the tale. Tune in to find out.

This Checkpoint Challenge requires the teams, with the help of the fabulous VaVaVaroom Girls, to dress up as Ladies and Gentlemen of the Evening and the “Lady”, ride on the “Gentleman” (back or front) through an obstacle course, dismount, do a pole dance, remount, complete the course and disrobe in the least amount of time.

The teams will stop at Checkpoints to receive new directions to the next
Checkpoint. Several times along the Varoom Room Rally the teams will have to stop at a Checkpoint Challenge to perform a unique Checkpoint Challenge. With the assistance of the beautiful VaVaVaroom Girls and the guest celebrity, the team members must complete the assigned Checkpoint Challenge in a given period of time.
If completed in time, they will proceed on the course to the next checkpoint. If they fail to complete the challenge in the allotted time, penalty time will be added to their final total. There is also bonus time for completing the task early.

Each Checkpoint Challenge will require the teammates together to perform a
Checkpoint Challenge together but will not require eating bizarre foods, performing great feats of strength or endangering themselves in any way.

The Checkpoint Challenge will require that both teammates participate and in some cases display some agility, resourcefulness or intelligence. Caution will also have to be exercised by the teams at all times to avoid interfering with other teams, the guest celebrities or onlookers. If a team declares their inability to complete the challenge, the team will be assessed a penalty time at the end of the Varoom Room Rally greater than the penalty time of the slowest team. This penalty time will be declared to the viewers before the challenge but not to the teams.

The Checkpoint Challenge times will be calculated separately from the total
Varoom Room Rally time and will not affect the actual rally time.
